Join Fulcrum Residential for one of our favorite traditions of the year — A Halloween Happening at Historic Congressional Cemetery!
Bring the whole family (and your best costumes!) for an afternoon packed with Halloween fun. We’ll have hayrides through the cemetery, games, a costume contest, food and drinks, and plenty of treats — plus a DJ from Scorpio Entertainment keeping the party going all afternoon.
Come dressed up, bring your friends and neighbors, and spend the afternoon celebrating Halloween with the Fulcrum community.
