Fulcrum Residential is a nationally ranked real estate sales team that has helped over 2,500 clients buy or sell more than $1.4B of real estate in the last ten years. Born out of a desire to raise the fiduciary standards, enhance client service, and deepen community impact, co-founders Ty Voyles and Tom Kavanagh launched Fulcrum in 2012.

Over the last decade-plus, Fulcrum has grown from a small, regionally noted real estate team, to one of the nation’s premier real estate firms. Along the way, Fulcrum has received national recognition for its performance, regularly ranking as one of the top 10 Keller Williams teams in the country, as well as a top 100 team across all brokerages. In 2018, co-founder Ty Voyles was named Washingtonian’s Best Agent, and every year since 2016, the team has earned a designation as a Washingtonian Top Agent team. In 2020, the team established the Fulcrum Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to furthering the growth and impact made by deep-rooted organizations that focus on education, empowerment, equality, and home ownership in their communities.
