Feeling listless during the government shutdown? Rest, rejuvenate, and get your yoga on with a Free Plot Twist Yoga Class!
This Vinyasa yoga class will be accessible to yogis of all levels! We will move through postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa practice is a moving meditation that helps create strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind!
Participants should check in with the instructor and gather at the front gate of the cemetery located at the corner of E St. and Potomac Ave. Your instructor will lead the students to the location for class. If you arrive after 11 AM you will miss the group heading to the practice location. The class is BYOM (bring your own mat)!
Historic Congressional Cemetery is our host for the events. This class is outdoors and weather dependent. We will cancel in the event of rain. Notification of cancellation will happen by 9 AM the morning of class.
